Its been a while I've been out fishing. I cant even remember when and how old i was on my last trip out.

Dad arranged a fishing trip at Cherating over the weekend.

The cousins waiting for us at Granny's place in JB however we only manage to reach at about 10pm and after eating a simple meal we set off at 11pm. Hard to stay awake at that hour but to keep the driver awake we chatted thru out the journey.

Reached Cherating at about 4.30am, Slept and woke at 6.30am. And off we go out to the sea on a small boat that rocks! haha

Dad prepared all the fishing stuffs. Hence we had not much worries.

As its out in the sea fishing and we took a small boat, not a yatch with a washroom, i refrain from drinking much water and just had a bun for brunch.

FIshing is fun yet tiring. The day was cut short and we were heading back to the shore at about 4pm as strong wind and wet weather was approaching.

Took one huge fish to steam at a near by resturant.

This is the first fishing trip for Derong. He sort of enjoy it, but food wise he prefers SG but me being half half malaysian in blood, i was enjoying my food :)

Overall it was great fun but the sad part was we arent allow to bring in any fish as per AVA, Hence all fishes are with granny :)

at the restaurant waiting for our dinner :) Nice calamari!

we had full filled. :)

I was excited for the CEE weekend as i didnt know what would be discussed or what this course may bring.

Glad that the weekend was fill with alot of exploration, this that we have discussed and to put a final decision on it, as both of us are of inter Faith. Topics in which we have touch based but not dept has been spoken too as well.

Totally glad that Derong find it very useful for us in the future. :)

Overall its a good weekend!

Had fun yesterday shopping in one of my Fav shop at Bugis Village.

Was trying on many dresses and i manage to get 3 pcs.

Meanwhile we persuaded Derong to try on some shirts. And WoW! Im speechless :) haha

He got the red top for the photoshoot, as the bridal shop asked him to get one FANCY shirt.
The owner of the shop was amazed with how Derong can carry it off with such retro tops, she was too snapping away.

Derong is famous for now as he is posting as the profile pic of the shop's FB page.

Caught Liong King Musical on Tuesday. It was a diff kind of musical as they do have dialogs between the characters. The music, the use of lots of conga and diff instruments, Makes one really feel like we were in africa for the 2.5hrs Musical.

Sands Theatre is small compared to Esplanade, Sands Theatre bevereage list is quite reasonable. However they do not make annoucement of the duration of intermission and as well as pre-em on when the show its starting, thou there will be staff to inform us. But the show started 10mins late. Unlike Esplanade it will be on the Dot.

Over all the costumes and props are brillant, colourful and lively.

I would say Lion King is worthy one time viewing. Not somthing you can watch it for more than 1 time. :)

Tag along with Jennifer and Victor for a get away in KL. As they were Driving.

We booked our hotel room at Park Royal Service Suites. The price was decent at $138 per suite per night including continental breakfast. They have 2 swimming pools one at lvl 31 and the other at the ground lvl. With Servcies such as Laundry mart , gym etc.

Our lovely Suite room.

The hotel is located near Sungei Wang, and BB plaza. Walkable distance, anyway in KL you would prefer to walk rather then being stuck in the Jam.

I found a VERY nice stall at Jalan Alor for my fix on Assam Laksa. (In SG, you cant find any that taste so great)

We did a few things, Clubbing at Zouk which was so PACKED! that you cant even move, and if ever there is a fire outbreak or Riot out break, its doomed death situation. BTW Johnny walker tasted really horrible. yucks!

Sungei Wang is always a must go when ever in KL. Their Soft Gel overlay nails service is so damn cheap! Hands at 30RM and Feet too at 30RM.

short weekend, but we enjoyed ourselves. :)

Yesterday night was one of the great night that i wanna pen it down.

Rachel made a reservation at http://www.disgruntledchef.com for dinner. Saw the fusion menu, however didnt take much notice during office hours. however all the items that we have ordered. I loved it all! I am very sure I'll be returning to this place for another wine and dine. The service staff was friendly, however this gentlement name Suvit (not sure if its correct spelling as they dont wear name tags) He was the one who is serving us the wine and introduce to us his very own Sangria, he was kind enough to let us have a tasting portion to make all of us fall in love with it and to order 1 jug after the 3 bottles of wine we had.

Miso Cod Fish. yums!

Smoked Chargrilled Cote de Boeuf

The best to date, that I've tried

We proceed to zouk, yes its mambo night! its been ages, we have gathered for a night out. Mambo night still get lots of crowd on a wednesday. As i was the only one that has to work the following day, i said my goodbyes earlier :(

Woke up at 8am on saturday. Met up with with the Nathans, Lims and Gomez at East Coast for cycling, wasnt thinking that the Nathans was serious about cycling, i was just in sandals but they were all geared up with their own bikes from home.

I took a 8 - 9Km route, however i didnt feel much work out pehaps its the breeze as sat morning was breezy. The kidos didnt manage to cycle as they were sort of afraid.

We went to the slug garden for lunch - http://www.thegardenslug.com/ i had the all day breakfast which was delightful.

Sunday:- the usual went out for dinner, feeling fat about it. took a jog at 9.30pm.
I feel great about it.

I hope i can keep up with the running and other sorts of execrise. I wish myself luck! :)

Diet
I've started running since last week, about twice a Week for 3km per run.

I'm still struggling with my breathing method while running. Cant do it well, Hence i do take a breeze walk to catch up some breath. Before running again, lately i've been running together with my sis. The Route was simple, just from my house Via Petir Road to Cashew Road. To my suprise its 3km.

2.4km run in sch use to be a drag. But now it seems like 3km its easy... like WTH? Actually not really easy..

Diet for lunch, Salad with chicken breast meat. I hope i can sustain in this. Thou its mainly cooked from home, yes i cook the chicken breast meat from home and Tabao to work. Salad would be with Balsamic Sauce.

Dinner, home cook food. And of cos i've avoided all beers. haha omg

Some times it just gets into me that i need to work out, otherwise i just keep gaining on all the weight.

I would love to swim as i realised swimming does used up most your energy and i feel more worked out instead of running, however the luxury of time is not in my hands. Swimming pool would have been closed by the time i reach home :(

Melissa! Jia you! you can Do it!
